There is a retirement crisis coming as 10,000 Baby Boomers reach retirement age every day until 2030!

Fidelity and Vanguard say that the average American has about $100,000 in retirement savings. That number is skewed by people at the top end. The median American has only about $22,000 in retirement savings.

This site is a free site and a support site for those already retired and finding it financially challenging in today's economy and for those who are hoping to retire someday but are not sure they will be able to comfortably retire. This is also a wake up call for those younger folks who are not thinking about retirement and are not taking the steps they need to take to assure themselves adequate funds when they are not able to work.
